Founded in 2014 by Ken Lewis, the company is led by a team of corporate refugees from various backgrounds. Their mission is to become one of the world’s great small distilleries. As an independently owned and family-operated business, they prioritize quality and have committed to exclusively producing Kentucky sour mash whiskey that meets the Bottled in Bond quality standard. They also take pride in bottling without chill filtration. While they draw inspiration from the traditions of Kentucky Bourbon makers, they aim to put their own spin on the Sour Mash Kentucky Regimen by creating new styles of whiskey.
